I've just discovered this game and after *legally acquiring*Whistle the rules, I've come to the conclusion that it is AWESOME! Who all out there has a squadron? I totally want to get a game in to test it out before I shell over more cash to forgeworld. So is anyone up for lending me a squadron and playing a game (see: kicking my ass.) I'd prefer chaos but anything will do to start.

hey man! Charlie has Chaos fighters and bombers and the giant bomber from the 2nd book. I have loads of imperial stuff and some Tau stuff...i'd be happy to show you the game! It is a load of fun!

This is a game like real war, played against time, and played under circumstances of considerable excitement, and it is remarkable how elastic the measurements of quite honest and honorable men can become. (H.G. Wells, 1913)

This Wednesday I cant make it, I'm meeting up with my "band" to practice. I would bring it next week, but that would mean I'd have to bring my computer. Perhaps I can just send you a copy

I don't believe there is such a thing as a legal electronic copy that can be distributed. To that end. Nevermind. I'll check out the rules when I can get my hands on a hard copy.

I wish Forge world would grow a set of balls and make actual new designs for Eldar. I like the game but 3 different jets does not make a faction sadly.

I've been checking out the imperial craft area. Can you mix the marine and imperial navy stuff? it seems like the marines only have some thunderhawks....

You sure can...and even though chaos has their own ships, for the most part, you can mix the imperial stuff in with chaos as triator guard or chaos thunderhawks, etc

Browsing the boards and saw this old thread. I happen to have the PDFs of both the rules book and the expansion. I had FedEx print a booklet for me (12 bucks) and will be picking up tomorrow. If anyone wants the PDFs or if anyone wants to know more about this potentially awesome looking game, let me know. The fact that you can use EPIC models to play is also really sweet!

this is an AWESOME game - I love playing it - we, as a club, even ran a campaign in the shop for it a while back...if you want to play, i'm happy to dust off my aces and show you what real pilots can do...
