Question came up at the shop last night about a good place to get rare earth magnets - I get mine here:
http://www.forcefieldmagnets.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=23_37These guys have excellent quality magnets at great prices.
I generally order at least 100 of these:
http://69.175.14.181/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=23_37&products_id=69. Cost is about $14 for the 100. They are perfect for the small arm/head swaps as well as good for mounting troops to their mounts. I do this so I can lay the mounts and riders down separately in foam trays for transport - much easier to manage this way.
I also found using 2 of these on the bottom of cavalry bases (one at each end) and then adding the flat magnet sheets (peel and stick refrigerator kind) to the movement trays will hold my cavalry in the trays really good, but won't require serious muscle to remove the casualty figs.
If you have any other uses/sites to order from/ideas - add them here!!

This is a game like real war, played against time, and played under circumstances of considerable excitement, and it is remarkable how elastic the measurements of quite honest and honorable men can become. (H.G. Wells, 1913)
